It’s a common story in the Start Up.  After a company has found that award-winning idea, or designed that investor worthy product; the next big concern is “How on earth are we going to get this done?”

All too often these companies find themselves with a single developer, or a single vendor to their product vision or service.  In these cases, these development resources almost always are found cutting corners or outright neglecting areas of the product. In some cases these oversights are done on purpose with excuses such as “we’re saving time in order to get it to market” or “it was out of scope in the original project requirements.”   In almost every case it was never these development resources business nor responsibility to be making these decisions.

This is where dotjock comes in.  At dotjock we aim to be that product or company advocate in dealing with and mediating the path towards project completion.  The goal towards being successful is to correct these issues before they become five-alarm emergencies that lead to delivery delays or worse missing the opportunity all together.
