Implementation

You are responsible for the implementation of report recommendations. If you choose to "DIY" or "DFY", ensure you have a full backup of your site before you begin work. dotjock.com is not liable for technical errors occurring during your self-remediation nor does it make any quaranntees implied or explicit that performing self-remediation tasks do not come with its own risks such as but not limited to loss of connectivity during the time such remediation steps are underway.

Consulting

High-level strategic engagements are governed by individual SOWs (Statements of Work) that outline specific milestones, timelines, and liabilities. This statement of work shall be agreed upon between the involved parties before work is undertaken as per the agreement between the parties.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the SEO Health Reports, all sales are final once the report or video has been delivered. While all sales are final, we do work hard to ensure all customers are fully satisfied with the work delivered by dotjock.com and we will work with all parties to ensure all reasonable steps are undertaken to ensure everyone is pleased with the outcome of the website remediation engagement. If for any reason you are not pleased with the outcome of your SEO and Security Report, please contact us immediately and we will seek to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome of the services.
